What is the difference between the Techno Package and the Nostalgia Package?

The Nostalgia package is like old-school cool! You get your pics printed out right there, so you can hold 'em in your hands. There's also a real-life person to help you look your best. While the Techno Package is the future man! All your pics are digital, so you can share 'em online super fast. But, there's no one to help you pose, and the props are digital too - like those crazy Snapchat filters!

Can I add additional hours to my package?

Totally, dude! You can add more time if you wanna boogie longer. But, check it, we've seen a lot of parties and people usually hit the dance floor hard. So, that extra time we might just be chillin' there, unused.

Do you offer props?

 Our Nostalgia Package is packed with the coolest props around! We're talkin' boas, crowns, devil horns, pirate hats, and even custom stuff to match your party theme. Trust us, these props are the bomb. No one's ever complained – they're total party starters!

Can you customize the photo strip template?

We'll work with you to design a totally custom photo strip that's all about you! Whether it's your favorite thing or matches your party theme, we'll keep tweakin' it 'til you're stoked!

Booking and Payment Questions

How far in advance should I book my photo booth?

Our prices are totally rad and our service is off the hook, so we book up fast! If you're waitin' 'til the last minute (like, a month before your party), there's a good chance we're already busy. Most folks book about 6-7 months ahead to lock in their date, but we've even booked a whole year in advance!

What is your cancellation policy?

Alright, here's the deal, We totally get that stuff happens, but canceling kinda stinks for us. We might have turned down other awesome parties to book yours, so refunds aren't really our thing. But don't sweat it, we're cool! If you need to reschedule, we'll try to work with you if we have an open date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We send your bill through Square - it's like super safe online money stuff. Square's easy to use, people love it, and you can pay with debit, credit, or check. It's totally chill!

Event-Specific Questions

Can the photo booth be used outdoors?

We can totally bring the photo booth outside, but it needs to be chill. We're talkin' shade, cover from the rain, and not too much wind. Our fancy photo booth stuff is kinda delicate and expensive, so we gotta protect it. Oh, and we need a power outlet nearby. So, double-check with your venue to make sure it's cool for us to set up.

Do you have a specific size requirement for the photo booth area?

We need a little space to set up the photo booth magic! Give us a 10x10 spot, and we'll throw in our prop table too. It's about 4 feet long and packed with fun stuff.

Can I provide my own backdrop?

Totally, dude! You can bring your own groovy backdrop, no problem. But, you gotta set it up yourself. We're busy makin' the photo booth awesome, so we can't help with that part.

How long does it take for guests to receive their digital photos and our online gallery?

If the party's got good wifi and you share the password, everyone gets their pics that night, and you'll have an online gallery to check out too. But if the wifi's kinda crappy or we don't get the password, don't sweat it! We'll send everything to you the next day.

Do you offer photo albums or scrapbooks?
